If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and provide a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
• Items that arrive damaged or defective
• Incorrect items received
• Orders that are significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe

• Your order number
• Photos or videos of the item, if applicable
• A brief description of the issue
Our support team will respond within 24 hours.
Please note:
• We do not accept returns for used items
• We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake
